The Paris architectural kitchen illustrating Proma's design-led renovation process

Our Process

Exceptional renovations are designed long before they are built.

Proma combines engineering design thinking, disciplined planning and coordinated project management to guide each renovation from the first conversation through to completion and aftercare.

Selections Without a Fixed Showroom

Every renovation begins in your home, not ours.

Rather than asking clients to choose from a fixed showroom range, Proma begins with the home, the design direction and the practical requirements of the renovation. From there, our designers guide clients through carefully selected supplier display centres where current products, finishes, full-size displays and real-life applications can be properly experienced.

Each selection is considered in context—how it will look, perform and contribute to the finished space—so the process remains shaped around your renovation rather than the limitations of a showroom.
